advice needed- dispute over fake wedding dress

Your far too trusting, dont dispute is a good attribute unfortunately not everyone likes to be honest and above board, sending a fake should really have taught you a lesson even when you then say "which made me think she was up to something"i closed the case as she promised my refund if i closed it, im unfamiliar with the rules of ebay. i feel like a complete idiot who has been totally conned.:(0

Ebay rules state "If you close the case, you can’t reopen it and you can’t open another case for this purchase. Contact the seller directly to arrange the return, the refund or further steps."
How much did you pay and how did you pay ie Paypal?Total Quidco earnings - £547.98
Everyone is scared of someone or something, everyone loves someone or something, and everyone has lost someone or something! BE NICE!0 -
Hi there, I assume you haven't completed her FEEDBACK? in which case, make sure you leave FEEDBACK telling people she stole your money and the item concerned, and Blacken her feedback. It's all you have left now.. Help others avoid this Seller.
It's a harsh lesson, but one I'm sure you'll not repeat.

Be careful if you use words like stolen she will be able to get the Feedback removed. Any abuse accusations of theft or mention of ebay/paypal cases and the FB can be removed. Also Ranting Feedback makes the person leaving it look worse than the one receiving.0 -
i paid via paypal, the amount of £80.00.
anyhow i have just got off the phone to ebay( i had previously appealed the closed case) they found in my favour and i will be getting all my money back0 -

Thats great news for once ebay using some common sense. Once you have your money back you can then leave appropriate feedback0 -
Was actually going to say, phoning them and telling them it was closed by mistake seems to work, just when emailing that they seem less helpful.Did you know you can get Viagra software now??? Yeah, it turns your floppy drive into a hard drive

That usually works!
As someone else said, when you get your money back, leave appropriate feedback as a warning for others!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
And give eBay a miss until you understand how it works
