Another question how many Chelsea Packs is too many?
Without giving away how many packs I have received/ordered I will be the proud owner of 9 dvd's on chelsea and apart from using them as bird scarers i'm trying to think of other uses
One optimist has put the Cheslea DVD for £10 + £1 P&P
(good luck to them I suppose someone might buy it apart from the fact there are 4 others at 99p at the moment)
I am worried what do I do if the offer is still on when the next lot of packs arrive, I know I should resist getting more but having spent £10 on two packs and don't know if I have my monies worth yet, I don't think I have a single neighbour now without a Fuchsia as part of their garden display either thanks to Myself & T&M0 -
Ok so it has been 2 weeks since I received my first CFS pack (still no sign of the next 4 packs). After taking good care of them I have ended up with just 1 fuchsia, 4 surfinia and all 5 geranium skyrockets. To be honest 2 of the fuschia died pretty much straight away but kept them just in case. It a shame about the fuschia as I really love them but hey ho pack number 2 - I'll have another go (I hope). The plus side is the others are all coming along and a couple of the petunias have flowers on them. Hows everyone elses - if you have been lucky enough to receive them.0

Received mine last week, and two have died, but T&M are sending me a voucher, others look reasonably healthy. Still in little pots, going to plant out this weekend I think0

When I emailed them they basically ignored the dead plants, so well done! I have 5 geraniums, 4 petunias and 3 fuchsias I think. Out of 20 fuchsias from them, 9 are still alive...:heart: Mummy to an amazing little girl0 -
I have never had an email from them other than an order confirmation, and not many of them - honest. Well done to get a voucher. GarnetLady were all the 20 fuschia plugs from the CFS?0

No, I got the 10 Gardener's World ones, 5 Jolly Nantes on some offer or other and 5 from the CFS.:heart: Mummy to an amazing little girl0 -

Ahh that'll be why, might have to try that. Went out to check how many fuchsias were left and it's actually 7. :eek: 3 from the CFS pack and 4 from the pack of 10. None of the Jolly Nantes have made it and there was 7 of those. I'm pretty sure it's not me, the 6 I got from Morrisons months ago are doing really well and are starting to flower.:heart: Mummy to an amazing little girl0

I have received 2 chelsea packs so far (several more on their way) I wasn't that happy with the quality but to be honest I'm just saving (doubling up) the vouchers for next years Strawberry and seed orders so have not complained. several plants were damaged on arrival, I will be surprised if 50% will survive, from past experience from T&M. their Bulbs and seeds seem to be ok but live plants have let me down more than once, plugs from other companies have been a lot more healthy.
its a pitty as their range is excellent however their quality and customer care is disapointing and lets them down

you will get a responce to your problems alot quicker if you complain in public on facebook, although its good to receive a refund or voucher it would be so much better if they actually sorted their service out0
