Do the geraniums need something to climb up? just thinking where to put them when they arrive.. was thinking of putting out the front but will I need a trellis or canes? VERY new to the whole flower thing!

Yes they do - it's says in the leaflet they come with something about a climbingframe that T&M sell, but I'm going to do a cane wigwam (much more MSE :D)

My pack arrived this morning , all intact:) the fuschias i posted about earlier must have been part of a different order, i get easily confused. Plugs look much healthier than the border offer plants :)
Really looking forward to watching the dvd. Now i have to work out how to do these climbing geraniums, will they climb up a wall do you think?

I'd think they would so long as they had wires or trellis to climb on.

Haven't heard back from them yet, but my first lot of seeds have finally arrived! :T

The delivery note was 4 pages long. :rotfl:

Looks like I'll be spending some of today sowing seeds.

Oh, and someone on the grabbit forum said that you can use more than one voucher at a time when ordering by post. Has anyone tried it?

  • Half my petunias are now dead, and all the fuschias are wilting, geraniums have slimy parts on them which have left holes. Very disappointed.

I think that some of them are overwatered before they're sent. Some of mine have (had, I removed the worst of it) brown slimy bits and wet, rotten stems.

It's terrible really, take pics and email them to complain.

Speak of the devil, just received this:

    Thank you for your email.

I have arranged for £5 voucher to be sent out to you in the post which should be with you within the next 2 - 3 days.

I hope this has resolved your query to your satisfaction. If I can be of any further assistance, please get in touch. I'll be happy to help.

    With best regards,

    Shantelle Butler

Eh, no this is not really resolving it to my satisfaction! They're only sending me the missing voucher and saying nothing about the dead plants! Strange how I managed to keep all my fuchsia plugs from Morrisons alive and all of my geraniums and lobelia as well. Not happy, very not happy!

  • Thrown away the packaging and planted them up else I would have. At least I got the DVD and £10 vouchers for £4.99, wish I'd not bothered ordering another pack with one of the vouchers now. Maybe I shouldn't have left them out last night overnight??
