Fixing problems with IE is a nightmare but I would try resetting browser to default settings and go here and click Do I have Java? then follow instructions.
I would recommend trying another browser though. Chrome or Firefox. Faster and more secure, nothing to lose, plenty to gain.
can i download chrome & change back if i dont like it?
also what might i lose if i reset to default?
thanks0 -

what does that mean please?

He means open multiple photo uploaders in different browser tabs (if you using I.E 6 or lower then you won't know about tabs though) It is an option but isn't really going to save you much time and you still have the original problem. If you are using an old version of I.E. it might be worth using windows update to get the latest version, this may actually solve your problem too.can i download chrome & change back if i dont like it?

Yeh, you can have as many browsers installed as you want, one will be your default browser so when you click on links in chats or documents or whatever the link would open in that browser. There is a setting in every browser to check it is the default or not.
You wont lose any bookmarks or history etc. It will just reset the options (security etc) to default. If you use a proxy you would also lose those settings (it's unlikely you are though and if you don't know what I'm talking about then you certainly aren't)0 -
