From April 2011 Royal Caribbean which may include Azamara as they own it are thinking about pulling out of this region, The reason is Most customers use to be Locals who wanted to gamble so used the ships as floating casino's now with casino's opening in Singapore they are losing customers and I also believe Costa are pulling out of the region too (not that I would recommend Costa to my worst enemy lol)
So basically you would be left with Princesss if you are taking youngsters too as the other lines are not children friendly.
I went on a Princess cruise From Mumbai to Bangkok through Goa, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Phuket and was a great mixture
I have also done several trips on legend of the Seas and enjoyed this as much.
