fun to drive too as a 2.0T with 210bhp.

cheers harvey - yeah I do like the look of them, what they like with regards to running costs? & how reliable are they?

I never understand the people who buy diesel soft tops....... "Yes I'd like to show off with the roof down cos I'm flash..... but I'm also a tight !!!! and want better mpg..."

Anyway, the Saab will be ok to run - the petrol ones are fine, its the vile, hateful TiD's the are crap! The 2.0T petrol will do early 30's easily.

the BMW 330i will do late 20's early 30's and are much better as a manual.

Yeah the problem is mate that her indoors wants a convertable thats fair economically as she drives 2 hours a day (Im not flash I drive a sh3tty transit covered in plaster) . If it was upto me i'd love a nissan pathfinder but shes having none of it!
