I agree, WFS had a habit of adding PPi all the time, why do you think they are in the sheet without a paddle? I'd be checking the CCA alongside the actual payments made and check for PPI - best to be safe

I agree with the PPI thing, definitely make sure. My DH had a loan from then and recently discovered it had ppi on it. We're still investigating it, but they have restructured the loan, removed it, same interest rate, but the term has been reduced by about 18 months. He now has 2 years left but hopefully with his new job, we may be able to pay the early settlement (not as in part settlement, but early settlement without penalty) within a few months.

these names confuse me with the sex again i thought numpty was a woman ? never in doubt you are a man with the know ... would you if you had time scan the twinparents07 diary they posted an soa on the main board but hubby is going to cccs to discuss either a iva or payplan but i dont know if they know much of it and i dont and you seem to be clued up on laws and stuff and etc 's and well if you could i feel out or my depth and very little use :P i will make coffeee
