    you may not ever be fully back to the way you were ,,, but you will get better than you currently are ... maybe look at a way to help that along ? physically mentally and spiriutally?

    I think you may be right - I need to get back in synch, accept my physical problems, get my head around stuff mentally AND get back into my Spiritual stuff
