I used to be really worried about my weight but now it only seems to be when i have to buy clothes.
I need to lose weight for health reasons, my mum is diabetic, so was my grandmother and i also get pain in my knees as they are carrying too much weight on them....
But really i dont feel that bothered about it!!! My OH thinks im amazing and sexy!!!LOL!!!!! But you really need to be in the right frame of mood, and im not at the mo, im hoping that now i have a job i'll be a little more focused on something else and not so bored, and losing weight could be a byproduct of that. Does that make me sound ultra lazy!!!! Don't get me wrong, if you saw how much i did in a day, running around, housewrok etc, technacially i should be a bean!!!!! LOL!!!!Im not financially savvy as im still learning but i love to support anyone that needs it and give virual hug's and tea!!!Can't do Bickie's Sorry, need to lose weight!!!Challenge 1 : Sealed Pot Challenge, No : 810Challenge 2 : Dragon's wake up callChallenge 3 : Aug 8/15 NSD's0 -

For me it is for health reasons, I have a broken pelvis and a shattered ankle and whilst they won't get better if I lose the weight the won't get worseDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

I have been thinking about my goal to get all of my Christmas presents free. So far I have:
- £50 worth of M&S vouchers on the way - an old prize I had forgotten about but got a letter the other day to say sorry for the delay, they should be with me sometime next month. £10 each to my gran and auntie and the rest I will spend on nice food for my OH's parents hamper.
- £32 in Tesco Clubcard points already. I am saving them for Christmas so hoping to get that up to at least £40.
- 2,500 worth of Pigsback points. I will get them up to £3,000 to get a £10 HMV voucher.
- £11.50 on my Boots card
I think I have done quite well already and it's only July.

Hi Dragon, welcome back.
TMVen - was your interview this afternoon? Hope it went ok.
I like the idea of the 22 November challenge. Given my current propensity to leave everything until it reaches crisis point, I'm going for a "do a little thing every day" approach, so starting today until 22 November, I will
1. Do one thing everyday to sort things out, or that I've been putting off, or even, heaven forbid, get ahead.
2. Declutter/throw/recycle one thing everyday.
3. Join the PAD thead and pay something everyday.
4. Learn how to cook eggs properly!
The last one seems a bit random, but I really want to learn how to cook again (I used to know, but seem to have lost the knack). Ever since the salmonella in eggs scandal I've cooked eggs to within an inch of their lives. I want to cook the perfect egg :rotfl:
I've thrown way an old cassette cover today (no idea where the cassette is) and put £2 in the terramudi, so now I need to go and do something to sort things out.

I've been to the gym twice this week and been swimming
I'm shattered from that and work but work dies down next week since it's the summer holidays so I'm only doing 8 hours a week
No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Day three under my belt (and this had better be worth it :rotfl:), what else - well I am slowly getting my health sorted out (which is a major one for me), and this leads to me being able to do more other things like my stitching and the cleaning (and stitching and reading and did I mention stitching?
), speaking of cleaning I managed to clean two sinks and the loo yesterday so was really pleased with myself (mind you the pelvis is letting me know this morning that I did it OUCH!!)
One of my tasks for today is to work out how much money goes out in direct debits per month (plus extra one's that go out annually or quarterly) and leave just that amount plus a bit in my "For the Journey" account and transfer the rest over to my new account as the original one is playing silly beggars with the account , as soon as the overdraft I HAD to take out (because of the mucking the account about) is paid off I plan to transfer everything across to the new one, leaving just my credit card which I am also paying off (I hoped to have that cleared by the Olympics in 2012 but it is not looking good at the moment due to the afore mentioned mucking about!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

*creeps back in*
Hi Guys!
Sorry I've been MIA for so long, had a serious fall off the wagon but I'm climbing back on now and just in the right place for a good challenge!
Have just caught up with the thread but will now wander off and think about what I want to achieve by 22nd November - be back soon!
Hope everyone's ok, big hugs all roundxx

22nd of November...........................hmm.
I have signed up to the one on MG's thread but have made a slow start due to well basically taking a week off of my life!
I was reading yesterday how some of my friends' (on here) lives have changed - completely in the last year. Mine has not - I have not left my crappy job nor sorted out my house, got a boyfriend(!)moved out. I am happier then I was a year ago and the debts are much less I am learning to drive and do go out much more. Change is slow for me or has been. The thing is now I don't want it to. I want to actually live now.
As today is the 1st of August I am aiming to do "something" each day towards my goals from now for the next 100 days. That will take me until the 9th November.
My first 10 goals are as they were, but as I achieve them I will set other goals.
Happy 100 days everyone
