vf getting a contract phone keeping payg no.

hi all i hope you can help

my husband and i both have payg phones with vodaphone

he spends £30 on his a month mostly texts
i spend only £5 at most


i think he would be better with a contract unlimitted texts tariff
but he doesnt want to change his phone or his number

i dont want to change my number but wouldnt mind a new phone

could he get a contract phone and give it to me and i put my sim in it and he put his sim in his old phone if he gets a contract tariff one ?

just wondered if this would be feasable not sure how these contract phones work tbh

I don't see why not.

You'd just have to look into whether vodaphone would transfer your husbands current number onto the new sim card he'd get.
