If it were at the right price, somebody would buy it. It must be unaffordable.

Get one of the small Garden Signs, from Vistaprint and advertise it yourself!
Print leaflets and post around the area, through peoples doors etc and have an open day.!
Or if you cannot do a whole day, do a viewing time, and get the place smelling of baking/coffee, and make sure all your stuff is packed away and its looking as minimalistic as you can get away with, to give it the look of masses of space. ?
Perhaps if its been forsale for a while you need to walk in your front door, and take a real good look at it to see why its not selling? what does your estate agent say? When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
If you have been trying to sell for a while unfortunately your idea of a bargain price does not match those of potential buyers.
Bit worried that this thread has already escalated from knives to axes.0 -
Its been on for 2 months and I've had about 9 viewings now. I always bake my lovely shortbread before they come and have vanilla everywhere.
I am just an impatient soul!

My mother in law is visiting and she's baked shortbread in the kitchen this morning. The house smells sickly sweet. I don't have a very sweet tooth, but you could start to look at other 'smell' options?!0

I will. I made chocolate chip cookies this week. I bake when I am stressed!
I don't think my EA is particularly wonderful but I can't seem to find the paperwork to find out how long I am tied in for. I suspect my ex husband has it but he is denying it.I have realised I will never play the Dane!
