Yes he could have ''guessed'' that.0 -

I think VincentVega was simply asking if anyone else had a similar experience, and if that was the case, shed any light on what it might be without having to go through the usual ritual of sitting on a phoneline for a ridiculously long time.
I have done exactly the same thing ....... and everytime i see it on my statement i think i must find out what it's for, write an email to that effect to Pinnacle, get no response ..... i then forget to follow it up and repeat the process the following month!
Have you found anything out yet VincentVega?

Vincentvega did you do any more about this subject.
only my wife found out the same on her last statement dated 1st november and yes i said she was stupid for not noticing before but fair play to her she went into the bank to complain and got a woman who told her that if she had been unable to work it would of covered her overdraft so she couldnt see what she was complaining about.
but my wife was not happy and said that she had never given her permission for it and could they prove that she had.
now a week and a half later we have received a letter from lloydstsb giving her a FULL REFUND back to november 2000 needless to say she is a happy bunny :j0
