malwarebytes is way out of date, update programme and definitions then do a FULL scan0

Open malwarebytes then at the top there is an update tab. Press that and should be a button saying update now? (sorry, running malwarebytes myself so can't check the exact name of buttons). But your definitions are out of date.0

Can you remember the name of the folder you kept your passwords in?
If you do click start> search> All files and folders> put the name of the folder in the search box, lower down click on More advanced options and make sure Search hidden files and folders is ticked and then press search.
If you can't find your folder then it must have ben deleted, have you installed/un-installed any new software/programes recently?
yes it def went missing done all that, didnt install anything new0 -
Id stop using spyware doctor and use malware bytes and superantispyware(my personal experience though, ive used malware and superantispyware)0

The Norton site has 2 free online scans you can doSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
it says

Are you sure that it is Spyware doctor saying that and not a rogue AV programme especially since Malwarebytes is only picking up one possible, I'd know which one of those two I would trust.
And NO don't pay £30!
Try scanning with superantispyware.0
