My rowan arrived today too - looks like it's on it's last legs but hopefully if I get it planted asap it might perk up! Fingers crossed!

  • Received my rowan sapling on Friday - thank you, NorthernLass. :) Now I just hope I can revive it - it's looking slightly twiggy... :undecided

My twig (Rowan) arrived this morning. Poor little thing had four dead leaves on it which promptly fell off when I took it out of the tube!
Never mind, with some tlc it might survive.

mine arrived a day or so ago- essentially a dead twig. I know it was free but could have gone in the park and picked up a more alive twig than this
  • Mine arrived as dead as dead could be............. it seems this has happened for a lot of people.. what a shame the person dealing with how they were being sent couldn't have organised something better it just seems such a shame so many trees have died for this project

I ordered 4 and they were all dead. I felt bad throwing them away though, like a bit of a murderer!

ditto the above - mine looks very sorry for itself. Might give it a go & try to keep it over winter to see if it perks up in the spring, but it's not looking hopeful !
