Kerobo Claims/Delete Claims more lies

Options
I have had a claim running with Kerobo Claims for 8 months now. I have asked and asked and asked for my money back because even their own solicitor does not want to deal with they as ATM say they are a fraud. It now appears that Kerobo Claims have changed the name of the directors to a company in the Seychelles. Now one of them is now a director of Delete Claims. These 2 companies are registered at the same address on companies house.

Kerobo - This scam of a company have taken my money and not given it back, they lie to you all the time. Say they will call you back or that they are dealing with your refund. Names of managers i have been given are Nikki Forrest, Roman, Stuart Parry or Kim McKeever. DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

Delete - This company has sprung up from nowhere, however it seems they have changed their name from Recover Charges Limited. First registered in 2007 now name Delete Claims Management. Registered at the same offices as Kerobo. What a coincidence hey!! There's more, when i left a message with Delete they called me back from 0161 968 8059. Kerobo's number is 0161 968 8051. Something doesn't seem right here. I went onto Delete's website and found they have a livechat forum where you can talk to customer services. I asked them some questions about Kerobo and they got a bit shirty. Especially when i told them they trade from the same offices as Kerobo. They then told me that Mr Stuart Parry is their Director. More lies!! This Mr Parry is the manager at Kerobo i was told. Link established. I have put the conversation below for anyone who wants to see it.

Am I understanding this right. You have gone to a company to try and get your debts erased and you paid for this service using a credit card? You are now hoping that this credit card company will reimburse you because your claim didn't work out?! I hope that the credit card you used for payment wasn't one of the debts you were wanting to get wiped out as that sounds fraudulent to me.
My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
They are not a substitute for professional financial advice - but you knew that already didn't you? ;)

Why did you not use that £2800 to repay some of the money you had borrowed?

Have you told the card company it was a fraudulent transaction?
  • I have spoke to the Ministry Of Justice who said they were listed on their register, but a couple of months on I phoned them to say they are not answering my calls so they suggested I contact the MOJ complaints. This morning I looked on the MOJ register and low and behold they are in liquidation
