  • Also because I get paid monthly, you can work out if you are going to make your deadline or not

For instance, By Dec I want to save $9,000, and already have $2500, So $6500 left to save, and U have Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec 15th of each month to add. And I can save $1000 per pay, so thats $5000 until December, so there is $1000 that I need to find and make-up for!!! So I need to work my butt off to save that additional so I hit my target

Can you do this with your Oct 30th deadline for debt free? and work out exactly??

This has truly motivated me. Your diary is awesome.
Wonder if you can go the full 10days without a spend day.... goodluck.

In two weeks time when it is pay day, im going to try for 2 weeks no spend days...
    eeek, dredding thinking about it.

Its coming to the end of winter over here, australia, and i can not wait for summer, hot hot hot and there will be so many amazing new clothes etc. This is going to be a struggle.

  • Oh god, a $33 budget to get you through the weekend hehehe Goodluck. I think you can do it.

I have $35 in my purse, lets see if I can do the same. See your being my inspiration! hehe.

Fri Night (tonight)- Dinner with the girls and then birthday down at the bay (beach bar)
Sat- Netball morning and night and then a 21st
Sunday- No Plans, relaxing and cleaning at our house.

I will make myself designated driver for the weekend then that will limit my drinking and spending.

I'll also report back monday and let you know how far my $35 went....

I recently got on board the ebay "selling", normally im purchasing, but i was able to list clothes that i hadnt worn in agessss and made a fair bit of $$$ back and then i have used that $$$ to put into savings and also use to re-stock wardrobe full over new shiney clothes for a change. Could you do this?

A week to go until I can start my No Spend Days. Im hanging out to give it a go, I think I can really work hard this month and be set up for upcoming holiday to Bali and Chrissie etc.

Wishing you all the best with your $33, make it go far, and we can have a competition to see how much we have left out of the change in our purses.
    Best of luck

  • Congratulations on having one less debt to worry about. What a relief, I think more than one drink is required.

Iam down to my last cents and what-not and have 3 days to go. I started up my own diary so I dont keep annoying and taking over your blog.

Goodluck this week!!! Will keep an eye on how your going, Baby steps make all the difference in the long run.
