That's interesting - maybe the problem is wider than I thought. Will post an update when I learn more.

I had this problem. I went directly to the manager at the local sorting office.

He was very interested and took full details. Nothing further was said to me, but shortly afterwards several counter staff left suddenly and the problem stopped.

I had my replacement dvd come from amazon - yay!!!!!!!

Great news sweetstudent - my Tesco DVD turned up today as well which is great. Just delayed I guess. No sign of the replacement CD from Amazon though Still I have a refund so that's OK.

I've seen an undercover show on Channel4 (I think) that showed some horrendous things that some postal workers were getting up to. Stealing parcels or just dumping post in bins were two things that spring to mind.
