T mobile retensions

Hi I'm due to be able to renew my contract with t mobile from 5th june can anyone tell me what they are like for retension deals.

Its done a customer-by-customer basis.. I suspect your deal will depend on how long you've been with them, and how much you've spent, etc. Tell them what you want!0

I've been a T-mobile customer for about 12 years and have noticed over that time that their renewal deals never seem to be quite as favourable as other leading networks, although I haven't compared them particularly in the last couple of years.
As I haven't had a handset upgrade for several years (and don't want one), I have been getting a loyalty discount of 66% on a 12 month contract. Each time I come to the end of that 12 months I have the option of renewing for another 12 months to get the same discount again. It works well for me, taking my cheap £15 tarif down to a tiny £5 per month. HTH
