mobile phone warehouse wales
about 4 weeks ago a had a call from these offering me a good deal on the new motorola phone, i agrreed to it but was told a call from customer services would be made BEFORE the phone was sent out, to check I still wanted to go ahead.
However before the call was received I had to go away due to a family emergency and when i returned the phone had been sent out and was being held with the post office.
Having looked at the phone and checking finances i decided to return this under the 14 day cooling off period, which i took to start as the day I recieved it from the post office. the Phone was returned only just within this period due to us going on holiday but it was sent next day delivery to make sure.
this morning the phone has arrived back with me saying that it was returned too late. I opened the phone box in the 14 days but not the sim card pack.
I phoned the number and told them this, when i told them the name on the letter i was told that no one of that name worked there????
Am I stuck with this phone?
