Help ive messed up weather on Desire

the weather is only available via the personalize tab, from home screen hit menu, then scenes choose one of the htc scenes this will add the weather to the home screen, then make your personalized changes, and then go back to scenes again so that you can save your selection, this will then enable you to re-add the weather if you lose it again and keep the set layout of your apps and widgets, be careful when you hit the notification bar at the top - if you don't open it properly before you drag it down the screen you will bin the weather and the clock,

Ah so it's you we can blame for the bad weather and the racing being delayed

yeah fiddled for ages with this today myself. binned the widget then put it back which gives you the settings screen. There's another way which appears to do this but actually it does not (I think it sets the 'current' location for when you run it as an app, which does not also set it for the clock-with-weather widget).
