I did do it manually, went to control panel, printer, clean nozzle....

When I said print a test page I actually meant to download a colour print from the internet. That way you will know what the colours are supposed to be.

Is it very cheap ink off ebay by any chance ?

I get mine for my HP printer from Ink-Power on Ebay and they are as good as the originals, see there feedback

agree deanos, been using Ink-Power for years, and I only buy Epson printers. their ink is as good as epson's and print perfectly. never had any problems with their cartridges in the printer.

Some time Epson have problem with compatible cartridges.And if you go with compatible cartridges,then it will not come in guarantee.
So better is try to setup a new OEM cartridge in your printer and check that the problem is still coming or not?
This problem is only because of compatible cartridge.I am sure about it.
So, go for cheap ink cartridges and it will available you at inkjetsuperstore.co.uk with good quality.
You will satisfied with their service and products.
