hi, sorry to be a pain, downloaded it to desktop, then clicked combofix.exe on desktop, little box shows in middle of screen with green loading bar?? then everything freezes, left it for 20mins or so still nothing, had to switch off at plug cos even ctrl alt del not working. computer still works when switched on again.0
