A little more information would get you more answers.Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! For Caroline my Goddess.0

Did malwarebytes find something beforehand? Can you post that log?
Don't delete these yet as someone with more experience needs to agree first but:
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer =
seems to be bad? Linking to Ukraine?
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
could possibly be deleted - but PLEASE CHECK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!0 -
Hi, there was something earlier in the week, but log not available - other half uninstalled lots of things and now hes left me to try and sort everything out!0

I take it not from this board? You can access malwarebytes logs by opening malwarebytes, then clicking the tab 'Logs' and if you click on any date, a log will appear. The logs from scans which have picked something up would probably be interesting for those who can read the logs.0 -
Had to re-install malwarebytes last night and there is only 2 logs on there both scans i have done today - showing No malicious items detected. sorry0
-
Sorry but you'll have to wait for the real techies to fully analyse the logs for you. Do you remeber what kind of infection it was? Did it infect the registry?0

Uninstall anything WEBVIEW related
then TICK and FIX these ~

Please run COMBOFIX
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive):idea:0 -

Green loading bar with the egg timer?
Has it actually downloaded? Are you trying to run it? Have you disabled your anti virus?
How come your writing on the laptop? Does the computer not work now??:idea:0
