    hah.

    Paypal.

Scan sent me the wrong item and ignored my request for a refund.

So I submitted a paypal claim, which was closed almost immediately by paypal, as they don't care if you are sent the wrong item, only if you are sent nothing at all. Buyer protection BS....

....and yet you still use them? That's now twice they've screwed things up for you...how many more times before it sinks in?

They only replied to the dispute today....
  • Sorry l don't understand...you make an online purchase at 7:30pm and expect delivery within 18.5 hours. Surely the order would have to be placed before the end of business that day..

they say on their phone lines you can make and order and get delivery in 12 hours and you can order as late as 11 30 pm

I am going to refuse the delivery, so it will be more like £300.

That's if the item actually makes it's way back to ebuyer, by refusing delivery you are at the mercy of the delivery company and are putting yourself at risk of your £300 CPU being 'lost' along the way.

Buy hey ho, you know what you're doing.
