Numbers starting 020 are London numbers, and therefore they will be free to call using your bundled minutes. Unless your service provider has designated the particular number string as one being used for what is known as 'onward dialling'. They may then tariff the call differently form the normal 020 tariff.

    0200 isn't a london number. 0207 and 0208 are london numbers.
  • They receive a very small amount of revenue from each call.

0200 seems also effectively to be a London code:

From the front page of their website...
What’s the catch? How does 0800Buster.co.uk earn any money?
We can offer this to you as a free service because we receive a small amount of money for handling toll free calls.

The London dialling code is 020, not 0207 or 0208. The 7 or 8 is part of the next string of numbers. So any number starting 020 is a london number regardless of what the next number is. we're starting to see 020 3XXXXXXX numbers now; these are new numbers that weren't in existence when the change from 0171 / 0181 happened.

Also as an aside a few companies do give an alternative to 0800's if they detect you are calling from a mobile; eg BT offer a 0345 number (i think) if you call their 0800 number from a mobile, which is classed as a national number and so included in free minutes. I keep meaning to write to First direct to ask if they will change to 0345 instead of 0845 so I can call them from my mobile for free.
