free calls to 0800 numbers from your free minutes

in It's gone, but was it any good?
Recently someone mentioned in the forums thread, It is really useful and handy.

If you dial this number 0200 222 0700 it will ask to enter the number 0800 it connects straight away :j

    If number is 0845 or 0870, i look up alternative number on website SayNoto0870.com, then dial new number using free minutes. Takes a couple of minutes but free!

    Yeah, I normally do but my local surgery is an 0845 number and I can't find any normal numbers for that. :(
