Bounced Cheque

Most banks/building socities clear for funds within 3-10 days, but that is not clear for fraud. Just like a paypal payment if the buyer claims fraud and can prove something is wrong (ie you can't just call back a cheque on a whim) then the cheque can bounce. One of my bounced cheques I got was recalled after about 5-6 weeks due to problems with the cheque itself (words and numbers did not match).
