I have a duck that my son hatched in an incubator, he is so cute and very comical and as i am hard of hearing he is even my hearing duck LOL, i named him crispy:rotfl::rotfl:, i also have 2 cats but crispy is definately my favourite:D.
The biggest problem is that he can't be kept outside as we have foxes come in the garden, so he poops all over the place and i have to run after him cleaning his mess, eww

i love them! Those pictures are fab!
we had a duck when i was a kid, which my dad rescued from a pet shop. He thought he was a dog, and wandered round with our two jack russels doing exactly what they did.
We had a huge dingy which my dad filled up for him to swim in. He ate weetabix of all things and slept on our dining room carpet.:rotfl:
I love ducks, as soon as I get somewhere with a garden...!0 -

Do your fences go a few feet into the ground all the way round? Something to think about as rabbits are burrowers and will think nothing of digging several feet down.Yes they have a secure house for the night which is open all day and they have a large covered run attached for when we can't supervise them running round the garden. The garden is fully secure as we have 2 'free range' rabbits running round it all day (again get locked in their hutches at night)
We have a pond and several other places with water. The pondplants are no longer, they enjoyed those! They even joined our DD in her pool :rotfl:
I joined the forum, thank you!
They can often follow their sense of smell, so if something smellls good to them one day and it happens to be on the other side of your fencing, they will be off.
So many rabbits are lost this way.0
