Hi as a mum i used one and found it a god send, mainly due to the size and all the different compartments to store things all together.
As a childminder now i have just taken twins on and find the one the parents have given me invaluable, i can store everything i need in one go and just grab it when going out.
I am sure though there are lots of bags now that do the same thing which dont have the added price tag like the specific baby ones do.
