Hi,

Can anyone recomend an autoresponder.

Basically I am selling documents on Ebay, (not ebooks) and i would like a system that shipped my items automatically, like the ebook sellers do.

Of course if it were free that would be better:cool:

Its the only sofware I know thats available. I havent used it myself but I know a few successful ebay sellers who have used it

It seems i need to install it onto a server, that is the bit i dont understand.

Before you go down this route, have an alternative in place so that when people request you send it to a different address, you can. Also, when people say that they never received your item (which they will) as Hotmail/AOL/yahoo has filtered it out or classed it as unsafe and therefore removed the attachment.
Don't rely on an autoresponder 100%.

You could just create your own using either outlook rules or similar.

Have a look at the Planet Divinity website they are selling some which looks quite good but I have not had any experience of it - still trying to get my website set up so I can do this sort of thing!
