Hi
I don't suppose anyone has contact details for some one sensible (if there is such a person!) at AOL regarding billing?
They have incorrectly changed my tariff, and are charging me a fortune for phone calls. They have admitted that this is their error and should be changed back, and I should be credited. BUT actually getting them to do this is impossible.
I will be leaving AOL asap, but would like to get this sorted.
I have tried phoning, and emailing them, but am struggling to get anyone that actually understands english?
