You're still doing well though Woo, slowly but surely.

You might find something comes up and you can pay more, we might find something comes up and we can pay less, just have to do all we can every month :)

I'm lucky at the moment as well that the interest on a 19k debt is only £65 a month - that won't last!

That is really good going to have gotten your interest so low, my debt is costing me about £95 in interest at the moment.

Got lucky with the 0% deals a couple of times, but have been turned down for the last few I applied for :(

It does really give you a boost when you drop a K.

I'm aiming to pay a £1,000 plus interest every month so that I can drop a K a month. Have managed it for Apr and May so far. Will be harder though when my interest goes back up!

WOW - that's some achievement if you can keep it up. I'm sure if I stopped being so careless with money I could do the same, but I've never been one to keep an eye on where my money goes. I need to be more aware of what I'm spending every penny on!

Oh how lucky you are. Mines around £200 (depending on the number of days in the month). I am still waiting to hear if I can get that 0% credit card to do a cash balance, if so, that would be fantastic. I can then clear an extra £200 a month, which would mean I could do a k a month too :D

Not getting my hopes up though.

My money does go on very little else other than repayments, otherwise there's no way I could do that much on my salary.

Do you pay that all yourself?

Our rent is £750 but we split it 50:50.
