BREAKING NEWS – DVLA Loses In Court

Judas: How narrow minded of you.
I SORN'd two cars at the same time. Both documents were in the same envelope.
I sent both back. I got a receipt for one but I guess not for the other and I just left it.
Of course a few weeks later I received the fine.
I stated my case and could prove the other car had been SORN'd but came up against this policy.

I'd rather like to have the money back thanks DVLA.

Incidently, I SORN'd online in feb another car. It was SORN'd the previous year too. Whilst doing it the database stated that it was presenly marked as not having been SORN'd and that had been the case for the last 12 months.
Odd then, that I have an email receipt from the DVLA showing it was SORN'd the year before. I'm still waiting for any post about that but fully expect next year for it to say it's been un-SORN'd for 2 years !!

They are like any big organisation incompetant.
