Car Hire Bourgas Bulgaria - and recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a car hire company that's good value in Bourgas/Burgas for approximately 4 days in mid August?
So far the cheapest I have found is the smallest car available ("Ford Ka-or similar" is the description) from 20-23rd August £180 (without air con) and £200 (with aircon).
This seems very expensive to me, or am I just expecting too much?
Our dates are a bit flexible, we just wanted the freedom to explore for a few days whilst there for 2 weeks. The holiday was very cheap - and the car hire just seems extortionate in comparison.
Any recommendations, ideas or suggestions of companies to look at would be really dratefully recieved.
Also, does anyone have any experience of finding a local (and hopefully cheaper) car hire place on arrival?
