It's a TV show but won't say who it is yet as I don't want to upset things. They say that they will be able to help in some way but haven't elaborated yet, they want us to get the house to a point where they are able to help.

Saw the good news about the floorboards being laid, I'm so pleased that things are taking shape and that the place is gradually becoming 'HOME' once again, I know it hasn't been easy.

They haven't given an actual deadline but I'm guessing due to the schedule that they have mentioned, it will have to be to a standard within 4 weeks. At least it is making me keep on top of it. I am hoping to have 2 rooms almost complete within 3 weeks. I am over there straight from work most evenings, absolutely desperate to move in.

hi jj made up for you about the tv programme hope they can help get your house back up to scratch
if builders letters threatening and upsetting you or your wife phone the police, they wont help over the dispute but they will be obliged to look into the letters
have you written to your local MP might drum up some publicity for you maybe worth a try

Why is it so difficult to get all the tradesmen to work together? Went over there today to try to get them to agree to some sort of schedule of work, they just don't seem to talk to each other. They also have a tendency to disappear on other jobs if I don't watch them.

I just don't think he has been threatening enough, his letters are rude and intimidating but he has never threatened any sort of criminal act.

My wife drafted a letter to our MP but I don't think she actually sent it.
