Help! Sky picture problems!

Hi,
We had to unplug our Sky Plus box for the day today. Turned it back on when I got in from work tonight, and the picture isn't showing properly.
The top of the picture now begins in the middle of the screen and continues down, with the bottom of the picture starting at the top of the screen (hope this makes sense, it's quite hard to describe)!
I've checked all the settings on the TV itself and all are normal, have tried to check the sky box settings but no joy, although it doesn't help that the first 2 or 3 menu options on each screen are not visible as they are 'lost' in the space at the bottom and top of the screen.
Does anyone know what's gone wrong, and how I can fix it!?
