Freeview - different regions on TV's

Hi - bit of a wierd one this....We have a digital ariel with 4 TV's attached using freeview. Three of the TV's are tuned correctly and show the correct local channels - but 1 of the TV's is only showing welsh channels!! BBC Wales SC4 etc & all local news is welsh as well. Any ideas how we can get theis TV to tune into the correct region
