Hi,

has anyone brought a phone from phoneworld.com and actually received the cashback due? I have tried and tried again and had no cashback. It is the worst company to buy a phone with and i would never recommend them. I don't think that I will ever receive my monies.

I have called them over 50 times now and the consultants dont care about you. All they do is give you a phone number, (0871 990 7740), which when you dial rings for 5 seconds and then has a automatic message which say they are busy, and to call back later and cuts your call. In fact now the link to the website doesn't even work. Can anyone suggest anyway in which I can get my monies?

www.thephoneworld.com is a name that Direct Mobile Networks Ltd. trade as. They also trade as www.mobile2talk.com and www.mobiledeal4u.com.

All these websites have been taken down as Direct Mobile Networks Ltd. has gone into liquidation. I would suggest contacting your local trading standards office for further information.

hi I'm in the same pickle and iv wrote to T Mobile stating that they are responsible for the actions of their agents namely foneworld its a long letter so i wont put it up but i have found a number that might be of interest to anyone who is in this mess 084540405060 hope this helps number is to watchdog i am also going to wright to ofcom and tradingstandards.
