help ive lost my desire clock and weather on home screen

Somehow i have lost my desire clock and weather widget that was on my home screen and i cant find it anywhere on phone so can someone let me know how i can get it back please.it is the one that was allready on phone its the flip clock.

Click on the "+" button to add a program or widget.

Select Widget

Select Clock

It should show the default dial clock so just click on the ">" until you come to the one you want. Then click select.
