    yeah i got one of those letters too a week after the BR - they must literally send out letters to anyone who gets listed on the register as a BR. I ripped it up and put it in the bin. There's always someone who will want to make money out of anothers misfortune.

    however i did get a debt collector letter from one of my creditors so shall have to advice them of BR - i think they intentionally make their letterheads look like a lawyers' to freak you out!

    Am hoping to apply to the court for a date tomorrow! Am a bit scared but it's something that has to be done. Just hoping that it will all be straighforward!!!

    Yup.. i got on within a couple of days :-)

    Just thought I'd drop in to say hi.. been a few days since i last came in.

    After becoming BR last monday and having the intial quick phone call with the OR office.. i was waiting all bloody week for another call to say when my OR Interview would be. Never got one, but on friday received my pack from them saying my interview would be... the same day i started my new job!! sods law!!

    Anyway.. phoned up my OR who sounds lovely.. and he's rearranged it for this friday at 2pm...eeeekkkkk!!!

    I just want to get it out of the way now.. :D
