aliEnrik,sorry for being slow about this but when trying to remove some of the above i can only find them in program files not in ccleaner/add remove programs so i can ony delete,will this be enough or am i totally missing something

Dont worry about it. If you cant find them its nothing to worry about
Sometimes youll find them under 'services'. If your absolutely sure its fine to then 'disable' them in the services menu
