Turn off Spybots 'TEA TIMER' mode ~
Open Spybot
Change Mode (Top) to ADVANCED
Select TOOLS then RESIDENT
UNTICK 'Resident TEA TIMER' (Leave 'SD Helper' TICKED)

i really need to clear a lot of rubbish off just worried if i do something wrong

If you dont even use sage then certainly you should uninstall it

However, it is joined to your email account (Assuming you set it up). So you may need to put settings back in to get it working again

Open HIJACK THIS

click 'OPEN THE MISC TOOLS SECTION'

click 'OPEN UNINSTALL MANAGER'

click 'SAVE LIST' and post that list

If you think the email accounts been compromised then id sugegst using another anyways

(personally I use googlemail)

But if you think its fine then there shouldnt be a problem

really sorry about this trying to locate sage in my computer i know its their because of the list above but for the life of me i cant find it anywhere to uninstall not even ccleaner,really sorry

Uninstall all JAVA entried, then download and install the latest one

Far as I can tell you can remove any of these if you dont use them (Id remove AD AWARE anyways as its useless)

thanks aliEnrik will go through list, one i cannot uninstall is BT Yahoo! Applications always get this message,
BT Yahoo! Base Components are utilized by many BT Yahoo! applications. The Base Components may not be removed until all other BT Yahoo! applications are removed.
sorry for being thick but does that basically mean get rid of yahoo as my home page and then it will uninstall.
