Hello people,
I have 4 x 100 USD bills. I want to make an online services purchase worth around $250 from a US website.
Any idea how to go about doing this or is converting the cash to pounds the only option?
TIA

I would think this was impossible.
I'm a nice bloke though. You post me the 4 x $100 notes, I'll make the purchases for you and post them over.
Everyone's a winner (Well, I am anyway)

Easy peasy. You scan the notes and e-mail them to the merchant. He prints them off and pays them into his bank:rotfl:
Seriously though, unless you have a $US bank account to pay them into there is no other way than changing into ££.
You could do the transaction by phone rather than online and mail the notes - problems of exact amount/change though.0 -
Hey, thank you both for your replies.
I was wondering if someone would come up with a payment card that could be loaded for this purpose or a similar type of service. I realise this is an uncommon query but it doesn't hurt to ask.0 -

I'm sure there are such cards - but I'm also sure you would need to be in the US to buy one WITH dollars as opposed to loading one here with $$ which would require payment in sterling.0 -
Yes, something like that.
Sounds impossible I know, but if anyone has come across them in their travels (in the UK), would be interested to know.
Thanks all.0
