The Kerrygold website lists the stores where the Honey spread is available. I don't know whether is has just been launched in some regions in the UK and not others.

    http://www.kerrygold.co.uk/index.php?p=kerrygold-honey-spread,131

    Hope that helps.

It has not been launched in Northumberland yet...I looked for the recipe online for the Raspberry and Honey Cupcakes and it states instead of Kerrygold Honey Spread, ordinary butter can be used with a tsp of honey....however for the frosting it does not state this...so just wondering do you think it will be ok if I substitute butter and honey for the frosting as well.

Yes, there are 3. I have 2, and I love them. Properly, love them. They just use a pallette knife to swirl frosting and it looks brill, but I've not mastered it yet :)

i think a field with small caravans in a field might be easier, as you wont have to go into so much detail on the small cakes, as you would on one giant caravan cake

so just a slab of cake for the base - if you want really simple grass, then just mix dessicated coconut in some green food colouring, or you could pipe grass (but thats more time consuming)

then make small oblong cakes (or buy mr kipling cake bars or mini battenburgs) - cover in white ready-roll icing and paint on a few details like windows, doors, etc. - to keep things very simple, you could use brown smarties or mini oreos for wheels

then add some caravan club penants on sticks, maybe the odd lego figure, and it should more than impress MIL

    Big huge thank you :j

Ill give that a go, thanks again I really appreciate it! Ill p[ost up some pics when Im done :)

I must say you all make fantastic cakes, I love the look of those grass cupcakes and the rose ones....Oooo so many i want to try :T

chocolate is better and to colour white chocolate you can only use gels or powders not the stuff that supermarkets sell and you have to know how to temper chocolate, which i am still trying to do

I have been using candy melts on cakepops and they just taste like white chocolate! Have you tried them yourself? x
