We have a Jaguar combi boiler and it has stopped working. It fires up when you turn the hot water tap on, but the flame doesn't light, therefore we are not getting any hot water. The heating isn't working either.
There are no fault codes showing.
Does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Or the cheapest way to get it fixed?
Thanks for your help!
