Free Sky Sports for a year offer

Like another recent poster I've just had a letter from Sky offering free Sky Sports for a year with any Entertainment Pack. By my reckoning that means I can get it for £18/month, which appears to be the cheapest Entertainment Pack (I would only want Sky for the footie).
I'm currently paying Virgin £25/month for a phone/TV/broadband package, so if I cancelled this I'd need to get a replacement broadband service.
What would be the cheapest way of adding a basic broadband service to the Sky deal? (bearing in mind that I'd presumably need to start with a £12/month BT line rental??)

If you take out the Sky phone package (FOC) it will include a broadband package FOC as well. I have this with a BT line rental

Looking at the Sky website, it seems that the free broadband is only for 6 months:

"Keep it simple by adding Sky Talk Line Rental when you take Sky Talk Freetime or Unlimited. If you take Sky Talk Line Rental with any Sky Talk calls package before 31 May you can add Sky Broadband Unlimited free for six months."
