Any Cheap PAYG phones around?

I am looking for cheap PAYG(pay as you go) phone, it can be basic or with a little function.

I will appreciate if its unlocked.

    Carphone warehouse £4 + a £10 topup

    Top up was for Virgin but it's unlocked so can put any sim in, my Vodaphone PAYG one worked straight away.

    Actually I see they have 2 models at this price, I picked up the LG as a backup phone. Obviously, this is an extremely basic phone.
