I started reading it but it is very long on waffle making it a rather tedious read.
I don't doubt that there would be some attenuation of RF through the cable and probably more than through a standard cable (it would be fun checking if HomePlug ran through one) but what I do doubt is that better attenuation couldn't be achieved with a proper mains conditioner and whether there would be any measuarble difference on the DC side of the amp's PSU anyway. I'll need to grit my teeth to dig deeper into the article to see if any of that was tested - that will be manãna.0 -

Homeplugs work (Mine did anyways, though whether or not theres a performance drop I didnt bother with)
As ive said, they DID check an amps 'noise floor' to prove that RFI does affect it at the audible level. But thats NOT online anywhere (Mines on paper):idea:0
