asked for help this morning about some vouchers I have bought which have not arrived on advice from here I have contacted the seller who says she has proof of posting but will not refund until the post office refund her she said it will take a few weeks Is she stalling? shall I just claim via paypal or shall I hang on and…

I think the OP should be covered as the coupons and vouchers referred to in the exemptions to protection are not physical, and these obviously are:

The item for sale must be a tangible product that can be sent by post.
