DD payment not taken out for 2 months on 3 contract

Hi guys
just wanted to check something....my hubby has a 18 month contract with 3 starting october 2009. Pays by DD around the 10th of every month - but no payments went out in Fe, March or April - Mays payment has gone out...
Any idea why this would happen??? thanks

Get him to ring up 3 and ask for the status of his account, and see if it is in order. Could use the excuse that you just wanted to see how your usage matches to your allowances (the is my tariff suitable question), if you prefer to not say you haven't taken payment for 3 months.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
